Our History

Jungle Crocodile Safari was created in April 1993 by Veterinary Doctor Mario Fernando Orjuela Castro, specializing in non-traditional species such as boas, iguanas, crocodiles, among others and an honorary member of the IUCN Crocodile Specialist Group.

Our main objective is to offer visitors who take the Jungle Crocodile Safari tour, the best observation experience of natural wildlife and the fascinating scenarios that occur in the river when traveling through the three different ecosystems (river, the mangroves and the river mouth), where you can live unforgettable moments within a unique ecological experience in Costa Rica.
