• All Children from 4 to 12 years child rate applies.
• Children under 3 are free.
• Transportation is not included in all of the above tours,

• We do not guarantee that animals are observed during the tours because they are wild animals in their natural habitat and although they are the best times to observe certain animals is not always safe, so no refund in case of not observing wildlife during your tour on the tours.
• Inversiones Turísticas de Centroamérica S.A. (Jungle Crocodile Safari y Costa Rica Crocodile) is not responsible for lost objects, bumps or accidents beyond our control that may occur during their journey in the tours.
• No smoking by Law 9028 in the Facilities and boats.
• Don’t swim in the river
• It is prohibited by Law 7317 of the Republic of Costa Rica give food to wild animals (Crocodiles, Birds and any other wild animal)

• We have Civil Liability Policies for your protection and we are Certified by the Tourism Institute, National Learning Institute, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
